Carrabba appointed at Portman

PORTMAN Ltd has appointed Joseph Carrabba as chairman and chief executive officer following the resignation of John Brinzo. Mr Carrabba, a former Rio Tinto executive, was the president and chief operating officer of Cleveland Cliffs before the appointment. Mr.
