Capitol acquisition brings $550k smile to Kalamunda Dental

Subiaco-based corporate dental group Capitol Health Ltd has added to its stable of practices, acquiring the surgery and facilities of Kalamunda Dental Care for $550,000.

The consideration covers all plant and equipment, inventories, leasehold improvements and goodwill, with the principal dentist, Robert Davis, remaining with the cnetre for two years.

The company anticipates a proportion of the consideration will be debt financed.

Kalamunda represents the first acquisition for the company since it listed on the ASX in June.

Shares in Capitol remained steady at 20c
