CTI sells eastern arm to Allied Skytrax

PERTH-LISTED transport company CTI Logistics Limited has sold its eastern States operations in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide to Allied Skytrax Pty Ltd for $8.05 million, of which $3.15 million will be paid on a deferred basis.
