Business energy costs to rise 55pc

THE Office of Energy has recommended a 55 per cent increase in small business electricity prices, even higher than the increase it proposed in a draft report released last year. Households will be slugged more, with electricity prices recommended to rise 78 per cent over the same two-year period.
