The cleaning company has purchased an office building from three high profile Perth executives for $2.95m.
Brightmark Group has bought a Nedlands office from three Perth executives for $2.95 million, with intentions to move into the building.
The commercial cleaning company has purchased 2C Loch Street from C I Group (WA), RP data shows.
C I Group (WA) is controlled by Vault Minerals director Peter Johnston, SRG Global director Peter McMorrow and Paul Chapman, who is a director of Meeka Metals and Dreadnought Resources, Australian Securities and Investments Commission documents reveal.
The trio initially purchased the building in 2012 for $1.125 million.
Business News understands that potash company Agrimin currently occupies the building and the purchasers intend to move in once the lease expires.
The two-storey, 468 square metre architecturally-designed building sits on a 611sqm site and includes first-floor office, ground-floor showroom and meeting room, warehouse space and 13 onsite car bays.
Sterling Property’s Brian Neo and Jack Bradshaw negotiated the deal.
Mr Neo said the buyer was drawn to the strategic location and the versatility of the premises.
“This was a fantastic opportunity to secure a modern, well-located commercial building in the heart of the western suburbs,” he said.
“Owner-occupiers like Brightmark are increasingly seeking inner-west assets with strong presentation, parking, and easy arterial road access.”
Mr Bradshaw said there was strong demand for owner occupier assets, despite broad market volatility.
“The corner profile, quality fit-out, and proximity to key transport routes made 2C Loch Street a highly attractive proposition,” Mr Bradshaw said.
Brightmark Group is currently in Burswood and is expected to relocate its offices to the building.
