Bill Boyle will take up the position of chief operating officer at Clough following his relocation from Houston, Texas. Mr Boyle has 25 years’ international contracting experience, mainly in oil and gas industries, as well as civil engineering construction. He has held executive roles with companies including Total, Technip, Wood Group and Subsea 7.
