Matt Dusci has been appointed chief operating officer.
He has been credited with over 25 years of experience in the mining industry.
Mr Dusci's most recent roles include acting chief executive and chief growth officer at IGO.
Pinnacle Minerals
Nic Matich has resigned from his role as chief executive and managing director.
Pinnacle Minerals Chairman William Witham said, “[Pinnacle] thank Nic for his significant contributions to the Company throughout his time with Pinnacle and wish him every success in his future endeavours.”
Sandfire Resources
Victoria Twiss has resigned as company secretary and chief legal and compliance officer.
She has been replaced by Gemma Tually, who has been appointed company secretary and chief legal and compliance officer.
Ms Tually is expected to take over from Ms Twiss at the beginning of November.
Additionally, Pippa Prior has been appointed Joint Company Secretary beginning immediately.
