Ryan Parkin has resigned as managing director but is expected to remain until the company's AGM in November.

Greg Amalric has been appointed as manager - exploration and discovery.

Mr Amalric has been credited with 15 years of experience in base metals exploration across Australia.

Aspire Mining

Non-executive director Russell Taylor has been appointed executive director.

In his new role, Mr Taylor will oversee Aspire's corporate and mining functions.

Mr Taylor has been credited with 28 years in mining.
