Magmatic Resources
Magnetic Resources has appointed its executive chair, David Richardson, as managing director. Mr Richardson replaces Adam McKinnon, who has resigned to pursue other opportunities.
Concurrently, David Berrie has been appointed non-executive chair, succeeding Mr Richardson.
To ensure a smooth transition, Mr McKinnon will remain with Magmatic Resources for the remainder of his six-month notice period. The company thanked him for his service and wished him success.
Legacy Iron Ore
Ross Oliver has been appointed non-executive director. He has been credited with over 40 years of experience in the mining industry.
Santa Fe Minerals
Geraldine Holland has been appointed joint company secretary. Ms Holland will work alongside Henko Vos, who continues as joint company secretary. Ms Holland has been credited with over 15 years of experience in company secretarial and corporate governance work.
Parkway Corporate
Mike Hodgkinson has been appointed joint company secretary in addition to his role as chief financial officer. He will support Amanda Wilton-Heald, who continues with Parkway as joint company secretary.
Oakajee Corporation
Geraldine Holland has been appointed joint company secretary. She will work alongside Henko Vos, who will continue as joint company secretary.
Nimy Resources
Simon Lill has retired as executive chair but continues with Nimy as non-executive director. Mr Lill has been succeeded as executive chair by Luke Hampson.
Concurrently, Geraldine Holland has been appointed joint company secretary. Mr Henko Vos continues with Nimy as joint company secretary.
Euroz Hartleys
Tim Bunney has been appointed managing director of the board of Euroz Hartleys Group. Mr Bunney has been with Euroz Hartleys for 13 years and most recently served as managing director and head of institutional sales.
