Liddy McCall has announced she will not seek re-election at the upcoming AGM. Ms McCall has been on Argenica Therapeutic’s board since 2020 and will end her term at the end of the AGM at the beginning of November. The board has thanked Ms McCall for her dedication and contribution and wished her well.

Adrian Smith has announced he will step down from his role as non-executive director at this year's AGM.

Keith Rumble has resigned from the board of South32. He has served on the board since 2015. South32 Chair Karen Wood has thanked Mr Rumble on behalf of the board and wished him all the best for the future.
