Board moves November 25, 2024

Today’s board moves wrap includes Tristan Garthe, Peter Trinder, Oliver Barnes, Andrew Gee, Neville Bassett, Michael Gentile, Daniel Madden, Sean Ke, Nader El Sayed and Chris Ellison. 

Aspire Mining

Tristan Garthe has been appointed chief financial officer.

He has been credited with 20 years of experience in the mining sector and is a fellow of CPA Australia.

Suvo Strategic Minerals

Peter Trinder has been appointed non-executive director replacing Oliver Barnes.

Executive Chairman Aaron Banks has thanked Mr Barnes for his contribution and wished him well with his future endeavours.

Pointerra

Andrew Gee has been appointed non-executive chair. Mr Gee replaces Neville Bassett, who has retired from the board.

Mr Gee joins Pointerra having spent 27 years with Macquarie and is credited with extensive financial services and asset management experience.

Mr Bassett was a founding director of Pointerra and has been chair since 2019.

Managing director Ian Olson has wished Mr Bassett all the best and thanked him for his incredible contribution.

Redcastle Resources

Sean Ke has been appointed non-executive director.

He is a senior geologist with over 10 years of experience delivering exploration projects.

Po Valley Energy

Michael Gentile has been appointed non-executive director.

Mr Gentile is a strategic investor with significant strakes in over 20 small-cap mining companies.

Joyce Corporation

Daniel Madden has stepped down from his role as joint company sectary.  Tim Allison will continue as some company secretary.

Mr Madden continues as chief executive.

Delta Lithium

Chris Ellison has resigned as chairman of Delta Lithium. He will be replaced as chair by Nader El Sayed.

Mr El Sayed has been on Delta Lithium's board since 2021 as a non-executive director.
