Iluka Resources
Greg Meyerowitz has been appointed non-executive director.
Mr Meyerowitz’s appointment coincides with Lynne Saint’s decision to retire at the company’s upcoming AGM.
Ms Saint has been on Iluka’s board since 2019.
Torque Metals
Simon Lawson has been appointed non-executive chair, replacing Evan Cranston, who will continue as non-executive director.
Concurrently, David Coyne has been appointed non-executive director, and Craig Jones has been appointed chief executive and managing director.
Messrs Coyne and Jones succeed Cristian Moreno and Tolga Kumova, who have resigned from their respective positions as managing director and non-executive director.
All three incoming directors played a massive role in the rise of Spartan Resources.

David Wall and Allister Caird have been appointed non-executive chair and managing director, respectively.
In concert with the appointments, Peter Christie will transition from non-executive chair to non-executive director, and Pedro Kastellorizos will resign from his role as non-executive director.
