Board moves July 8, 2025

Today’s board moves wrap includes Leong Man Loong, Sean Richardson, Martin Deil, Jamie Lyford, Douglas Hunt and Earle Harper.

ClearVue Technologies

Martin Deil and Jamie Lyford have resigned from their respective positions as global chief executive and executive director.

Following Mr Deil’s resignation, ClearVue chief operating officer Douglas Hunt has been appointed interim global chief executive.

Additionally, Michael Pixley and Theresa Smits have been appointed as non-executive directors.

Earle Harper has also resigned from his role as head of investor relations. 

 PRL Global 

Ah Hong Lai has announced he will step down as managing director on September 30, 2025.

Mr Lai is PRL’s founding managing director and has served in the role since 2008. 

He will continue as non-executive director.

Holista Colltech

Leong Man Loong has been confirmed as permanent chief executive. 

Mr Man Loong has been an executive director and interim chief executive since January 2025.

Vertex Minerals

Sean Richardson has resigned from his role as a non-executive director.

He has stepped down from the board to focus on new opportunities.
