Luke Martino has been announced as a non-executive director of Cyclone. Mr Martino appointment follows the company's proposal to issue securities earlier this month.

Andrew Smith has been appointed as managing director. He replaces Michael Clifford, who has resigned from the role but will remain in a consultative capacity to ensure a smooth transition. The board has thanked Mr Clifford for the contribution he has made to the company since joining in 2014.

Linda Lim has been announced as chief financial officer following the announcement of Paul Evans' retirement in March this year.
