George Bauk has been appointed managing director and chief executive. He is expected to begin his tenure on January 20.
Mr Bauk replaces Wayne Heili, who has previously announced his intention to step down from his role in 2025.
Mr Heili will remain with Peninsula Energy as a technical director following the commencement of Mr Bauk’s appointment.
