Board moves August 5, 2024

Today's board moves wrap includes Sean Richardson, Ilario Faenza, Jeff Sengelman, Jason Chong, Colin McCavana, Alexander Neuling, Kate Stoney, Josh Merriman, John Ingram and Xiao Lan Wu.

Empire Resources Limited

Sean Richardson has resigned as managing director, and concurrently, Colin McCavana has been appointed as a non-executive director. Mr McCavana has been credited with over 40 years of experience in the mining and resources sector. The board thanked Mr Richardson for his contribution and wished him well with his future endeavours

Harvest Technology

Interim chief executive officer and executive chair Ilario Faenza has transitioned to become the permanent chief executive officer. Following Mr Faenza's permanent appointment, Jeff Sengelman has stepped down from his role as executive chair to continue as non-executive chairperson. In addition, interim chief financial officer Jason Chong has been appointed as group chief of finance.

Indiana Resources

Alexander Neuling has been appointed as company secretary. Mr Neuling replaces Kate Stoney and Josh Merriman who have resigned from their joint company secretary roles. The board has thanked Ms Stoney and Mr Merriman for their contribution to Indiana Resources.

Kin Mining NL

John Ingram has been appointed as chief operating officer. Mr Ingram has been described as a geologist with over 25 years of international experience.

Merchant House International Limited

Xiao Lan Wu has resigned from her role as non-executive director. Following Ms Wu’s resignation, resolution 1 has been withdrawn from the upcoming AGM’s agenda. The board has thanked Ms Wu for her contribution to the company.
