Board moves August 1, 2024

Today's board moves wrap includes Leonard Math, Paul Fromson, Noel Pearson, Dondo Mogajane, David Netherway and Ben Barlow.

Askari Metals Limited (ASX:AS2)

Leonard Math has been appointed as company secretary. Paul Fromson will step down from the company secretary role while remaining as chief financial officer. Mr Math has been credited with 15 years of experience in the resources sector.  

Canyon Resources Limited (ASX:CAY)

Dondo Mogajane has been appointed as non-executive director. He replaces David Netherway, who has resigned from the board. Mr Mogajane brings over 25 years of experience working in the South African Ministry of Finance and National Treasury. Executive chairman Mark Hohnen has thanked Netherway for his contribution to the company over the past 10 years.

Fortescue Ltd (ASX:FMG)

Noel Pearson has been appointed as non-executive director. Mr Pearson has been described as a prominent Australian Indigenous leader, social advocate and lawyer.

 RLF AgTech Limited (ASX:RLF)

Ben Barlow has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director. His appointment is part of RLF AgTech’s ongoing board and management renewal. Mr Barlow has been described as having extensive experience as a director.
