AusCann Group Holdings has announced changes to its board as it progresses towards the next stage of growth and development as a cannabinoid-focused pharmaceutical company. Co-Founder Dr Mal Washer has retired as non-executive chair, and non-executive director Cheryl Edwardes AM will become interim chair and assists with the appointment of a new director and chair before retiring from the board.
David Flanagan has joined the board of Magmatic Resources as an independent non-executive director. Mr Flanagan AM CitWA is a geologist with over 25 years of experience in the multi-commodity mining and mineral exploration industry in Australia, Indonesia and Africa.
Matthew Bowles, chief executive of Tanga Resources, has been appointed to the board as an executive director. John Jones, who has been with the company since 2014, will step down as non-executive director at the end of November.
