Board Moves October 24, 2023

Geoff Jones has resigned as non-executive director of Ausgold, with current non-executive director Richard Lockwood acting as interim chair. Mr Jones joined the board in 2016 and became chair earlier this year.

Deep Yellow has advised that longstanding non-executive director Mervyn Greene will be resigning from the board on November 23. Mr Greene has been with the company for 17 years, including 6 years as chair.

Karl Paganin will succeed Derek Parkin OAM as non-executive chair of Southern Cross Electrical Engineering on October 31, with Mr Parkin continuing as non-executive director. Both Mr Paganin and Mr Parkin joined the board in 2015 and 2011 respectively, with Mr Parkin becoming chair in 2015.
