Board Moves October 20, 2023

GWR Group has formally appointed alternate director Wai Ho Law to the board as a non-executive director.

Michael Rennie will be retiring as non-executive director of LiveHire at the upcoming AGM on 28 November. Mr Rennie has been on the board since March 2018, including a stint as chair when the challenges of COVID emerged in 2019 until January this year. He will continue to help the company establish its Indigenous employment marketplace.

Paul Bennett has resigned as non-executive director of NickelSearch. He was appointed to the board since the company’s IPO in July 2021.
