Board Moves November 23, 2022

BBX Minerals has appointed current non-executive director Ken Kluksdahl as non-executive chair, and Andre Douchane will transition to his previous roles as an executive director and chief executive. Mr Kluksdahl has been a non-executive director since August 2022.

NeuroScientific Biopharmaceuticals has appointed current non-executive chair Paul Rennie as Interim chief executive. Mr Rennie will remain as chair whilst taking a more active role in the executive management as the company conducts a global search for a permanent CEO with appropriate regulatory, technical and commercial experience.

Dr Mark Elliott has retired as non-executive director of Nexus Minerals. Dr Elliott has been a director of Nexus since its incorporation in 2006.

QEM has appointed non-executive director Tim Wall as deputy chair. Mr Wall joined the board recently in October.

Xavier Braud has resigned as non-executive director of Riversgold. He joined as an executive technical director in June 2020 before transitioning to a non-executive director in March this year.
