Artemis Resources has appointed current non-executive director Dr Simon Dominy as technical director. London-based Alastair Clayton has stepped down as executive director as the company searches for an Australian-based CEO to drive its Greater Carlow and Paterson Central projects. He will remain an executive officer, and part of the executive team, until 17 March 2023. Ed Mead, who has been with the company since 2014, has also stepped down from the board as non-executive director.
Victor Rosenberg, founder and executive chair of ClearVue Technologies, has decided to retire and stand down from his executive roles on 15 March 2023, but will remain a non-executive director. Current non-executive director John Downes will then become a non-executive chair.
Jonathan Hart has resigned as non-executive director of Emerge Gaming. Mr Hart has been with the company since its listing in 2018.
Gold Road Resources has appointed Keely Woodward as joint company secretary. Ms Woodward joined the company in 2016 and has been the assistant company secretary since 2020. The company has also appointed Julie Jones as general counsel and company secretary from February 2023. Ms Jones has a broad range of legal, commercial, strategic and corporate governance experience; as well as significant experience in contract, employment, intellectual property and mining law. The appointments follow the impending resignation of Hayden Bartrop as company secretary and general manager, corporate development and legal.
Redcastle Resources has appointed Lincoln Ho and Ronald Miller as non-executive directors. Mr Ho has over a decade of experience in equities trading, with a strong focus in corporate restructuring, due diligence, mergers & acquisitions in the emerging companies sector. Mr Miller has over 45 years of international experience in natural resources associated business; and held leadership roles in integrated exploration, development and production units.
Vital Metals has appointed experienced finance and resources executive John Dorward as managing director. Mr Dorward has extensive background across finance and resources, having held senior roles including as vice president of business development, chief financial officer and commercial executive at Canadian and Australian-based companies.
