Brad Lingo has stepped down as non-executive director and interim chair of Oilex. Mr Lingo has served on the board since 2016, becoming interim chair in 2017. Current managing director Jonathan Salomon has been appointed interim executive chair while the company completes its search for a new independent non-executive chair.
