Board Moves May 31, 2022

Frank Knezovic has resigned as non-executive director of Athena Resources, and current company secretary Joe Graziano has been appointed a non-executive director.

Cauldron Energy has appointed experienced geologist and corporate executive Ian Mulholland as non-executive chair, with current chair Simon Youds transitioning to an executive director. Mr Mulholland has over 30 years of experience in exploration and mining across a range of commodities including base metals, gold and uranium within Australia, Laos, South Africa and New Zealand. Current non-executive director and former chief executive Jess Oram has elected to resign from the board but will assist the company with its transition, and to mentor the geological team.

Ryan de Franck has resigned as non-executive director of Fin Resources. He joined the board in April 2021.

Adrian Griffin will retire as managing director of Australian battery technology leader Lithium Australia, and take on a newly created role as technical advisor, as the company enters a new phase involving the development and commercialisation of lithium ferro phosphate cathode powder production and its battery recycling business.

Marta Ortiz Ortega has resigned as non-executive director of Megado Gold. She has served on the board since October 2020.

Warren Hallam has resigned as non-executive chair of Nelson Resources, with recently appointed non-executive director Jonathan Shellabear stepping into the role of chair.
