Australian Strategic Materials has appointed current chief executive Rowena Smith as managing director. Ms Smith has been with the company since July 2021, and as chief executive since July 2022.
Bellavista Resources has appointed Michael Naylor as a non-executive director. Mr Naylor has 26 years of experience in corporate advisory and public company management. He will resign as joint company secretary following this appointment.
Jill Kelley has resigned as executive director of Ionic Rare Earths, after 21 months in the role.
