Advanced Share Registry has appointed Michael Pixley as non-executive director. Mr Pixley was a merchant banker specialising in strategic corporate development, joint ventures and acquisitions. He has over 30 years of experience in the Asian business sector and has an extensive network and relationships with key personnel in government, corporate and private sectors within the Asia Pacific region.
Allup Silica has appointed current non-executive director Campbell Smyth as non-executive chair. He takes over from executive chair Andrew Haythorpe who has been with the company since 2013. Mr Haythorpe was recently appointed managing director and will remain in the role.
Athena Resources has appointed current executive director Edmond Edwards as managing director, and current non-executive director Peter Newcomb as executive director and company secretary.

Norwest Energy has appointed Mark Wilson and Yenna Ong as non-executive directors, representing its majority shareholder Mineral Resources. Mr Wilson and Ms Ong are chief financial officer & company secretary, and general manager of sales & marketing, at Mineral Resources respectively. Managing director Iain Smith and non-executive director Bruce Clement have both resigned from the board, having been with the company since April 2019 and December 2019 respectively.
Nuheara has appointed Taiwan-based Leroy Liu as non-executive director. Mr Liu has extensive senior executive experience across technology, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital. He has been involved in the growth, investment, and divestment of disruptive technological companies.
