Colin Gilligan has been appointed non-executive director of Geopacific Resources. Mr Gilligan is a mining engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the resources sector. He has held technical, executive and director roles with a number of companies throughout his career including Mitsui, Thiess and Resource Generation.
Jason Azzopardi has been appointed chief financial officer of Homeloans. Mr Azzopardi was the deputy CFO for Macquarie Group in 2014 and CFO at Bankwest in 2011. He has many years of management experience in the financial sector.
Travis Schwertfeger will transition from managing director to a non-executive role at Alicanto Minerals. Mr Schwertfeger was appointed managing director in 2014 and is a member of The Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
