Black Mountain Resources has appointed highly experienced mining professional Bronwyn Barnes as interim chief executive for a 3-month period. Ms Barnes will be supporting the board in reviewing opportunities on streamlining its operations in Uganda, and expanding operational and exploration capabilities.
Samantha Tough has resigned as non-executive chair of Aurora Labs following her recent appointment to the Federal Government’s Clean Energy Finance Corporation. Managing Director David Budge will become interim chair until a qualified replacement has been found. Current company secretary, Mathew Whyte, will join the board as non-executive director.
Alexander Sutherland and Scott Cuomo have been appointed non-executive directors of Riedel Resources. Mr Sutherland is based in Switzerland and Mr Cuomo will relocate from Sydney to Perth. To facilitate these new appointments, Mark Skiffington and Luke Matthews have stepped down from the board after more than 18 months with the company.
Neil Biddle has stepped down as non-executive director of Australian lithium developer Pilbara Minerals. He remains a significant investor of the company.
