Beach Energy has appointed Ryan Stokes as non-executive director, with Margaret Hall retiring as non-executive director but becomes an alternate director for Mr Stokes. Mr Stokes is the managing director & chief executive of Seven Group Holdings which, collectively with related corporations, has a 30% interest in the ASX-listed company.
Kore Potash has appointed Wouter Pulinx as a non-executive director, representing the Antwerp office of SQM where he is a legal counsel. SQM has considerable investment in Kore Potash and continues to provide technical support for the development of its potash projects in the Republic of Congo.
Strandline Resources has appointed Jozsef Patarica as chief executive. Mr Patarica is a mining engineer with extensive operational and executive experience within the resources industry in Australia and Africa, including the mineral sands sector. He has been involved from exploration and development through to processing and production phases, and has successfully transitioned several projects through the development phase into sustainable operations. The appointment comes as the company ramps up production of the Coburn project in WA, with current managing director Luke Graham dedicating more time to strategy and growth initiatives and handing over the chief executive role to Mr Patarica.
Mark Schuessler has retired as managing director and global chief executive of Yowie Group. Mr Schuessler joined the company in June 2016 as chief operating officer and became managing director & global CEO in January 2018.
