Simon Jessop has been appointed chief operating officer of Saracen Mineral Holdings. Mr Jessop is an experienced mining executive with more than 20 years in a range of management roles including as general manager of Evolution Mining’s Kalgoorlie region.
Aidan Flynn has been appointed chief financial officer of Fastbrick Robotics, an Australian robotic technology company. He has more than 20 years of corporate experience including more than 10 years as chief financial officer.
Michael Williams has joined the board of Phylogica as non-executive director. Mr Williams is a senior pharmaceutical executive with significant global experience.
Bert Alfonso has stepped down as global chief executive of Yowie Group. Global chief operating officer and head of Yowie North America, Mark Schuessler, will assume the role of global chief executive officer.
