Kogi Iron has appointed Martin Wood as managing director and chief executive. He has been the company’s non-executive director since October 2017.
Geoffrey Clifford has been appointed non-executive chair of Tyranna Resources. He replaces Joseph Pinto who will remain with the company as a non-executive director. Mr Clifford’s appointment comes at a time as the company develops its projects in South Australia and Western Australia, and transitions to mining and production after the acquisition of the Eureka Gold Project in December 2017.
