Board Moves January 11, 2023

Frontier Energy has appointed Catherine Anderson as company secretary, taking over from Chris Bath who remains a chief financial officer and executive director. Ms Anderson is a legal practitioner with over 20 years of experience in private practice and in-house legal roles. She also has experience in company secretarial roles for ASX-listed resource companies, and provides consultancy services to entities wishing to proceed to IPO and listing on the ASX.

Galena Mining has appointed Aida Tabakovic from Mining Corporate as company secretary, replacing Steve Brockhurst who has resigned due to other work commitments through Mining Corporate. Ms Tabakovic has over 11 years of experience in the accounting profession, and has been providing assistant company secretarial duties to Galena since 2016.

The Market Herald has appointed Twila Jensen as an executive director, and Colin Chenu has resigned as non-executive director having been on the board since November 2016. Ms Jensen has over 20 years of capital markets experience in the media and marketing of public companies. She has been a key executive of Stockhouse, which was subsequently acquired by The Market Herald in 2019.
