Board Moves February 28, 2023

Alasdair Cooke has retired from the board of EVE Health Group. He joined the company in January 2007 and was executive chair from November 2010 before transitioning to a non-executive director in January 2018.

Lodestar Minerals has appointed current non-executive director Ed Turner as managing director, and Ross Taylor will transition from executive chair to non-executive chair. Mr Turner was appointed to the board in December 2022, and has 35 years of experience in the mining industry.

Dr Kwang Guan Tay has resigned as executive director of Singular Health, but will provide ongoing assistance and consulting on an ad-hoc basis to assist in the completion of its current R&D projects. Dr Tay has been with the company since February 2020.
