Lee-Anne de Bruin has been appointed chief financial officer of Resolute Mining. Previous long-serving chief financial officer, Greg Fitzgerald, will remain as company secretary.
Wayne Loxton has resigned as executive chair of Yowie Group. Mr Loxton will remain on the board as non-executive chairman until a new chair has been appointed.
Valor Resources has advised that Mark Reilly and Gregory Wood have resigned as non-executive directors.
Hedley Widdup will replace Mike Brook as non-executive director of Kasbah Resources.
