Board Moves February 23, 2023

Andrew Saker will be retiring from Omni Bridgeway at the AGM in October, after more than 8 years as managing director and chief executive. Current executive director Raymond van Hulst will succeed Mr Saker as chief executive. Mr van Hulst is also the managing director and chief investment officer of Europe, Middle East and Africa at Omni, and is one of the most experienced executives having been with the company for over 20 years. His succession to CEO has been a focus of the company’s succession planning and talent management.

Talon Energy has appointed Jo-Ann Long as company secretary, taking over from David Lim and Lauren Nelson who will both be retiring at the end of the month. Ms Long has over 33 years of experience in financial management, restructures, international expansion, acquisitions, risk management and governance.
