Board Moves February 21, 2024

Following the cessation of operations at Panoramic Resources’ Savannah Nickel Project in January 2024, and in line with reducing operational requirements, the voluntary administrators at FTI Consulting have announced that the roles of chief executive (held by Victor Rajasooriar) and chief financial officer (held by Grant Dyker) have been made redundant.

Simon McKeon will be stepping down as non-executive director of Rio Tinto at the upcoming AGM on May 2. He joined the board in 2019, has been a senior independent director since September 2020, and a designated non-executive director for workforce engagement since January 2021.

Traka Resources has appointed Joshua Gordon as non-executive director, and founding director George Petersons will step down from the board after 2 decades of service. Mr Gordon is a corporate finance executive with expertise in deal initiation, structuring and implementation. He has raised capital for many small and emerging resource and energy companies on the ASX.
