Celsius Resources has appointed Edward Legg as project development manager for its 95%-owned Opuwo Cobalt Project in Namibia. Mr Legg has 20 years of experience in developing and managing mining projects in South Africa, Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo. He will be responsible for managing and finalising the coping study, and leading subsequent feasibility studies as the company progresses towards its development phase.
Guy LeClezio is retiring from the board of Capricorn Metals. He joined the board prior to the company’s listing in 2008 and was non-executive chair from August 2013 to March 2017. Current general manager of geology, Peter Langworthy, will transition into the role of non-executive director.
Graham Baldisseri has replaced Paul Fromson as company secretary of Golden Deeps, Metals Australia and Sabre Resources.
David Riekie and Daniel Harris have been appointed non-executive directors of Paladin Energy. Mr Riekie is an experienced ASX director at both executive and non-executive levels, and Mr Harris is a seasoned and highly experienced mining executive and director.
