Board Moves February 17, 2022

Okapi Resources has appointed Brian Hill as non-executive chair. He replaces interim chair Peretz Schapiro who joined the board in April 2021. Mr Hill is a highly experienced mining executive with over 35 years of global experience in building businesses, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, corporate and social governance.

Renegade Exploration has appointed Mark Connelly as non-executive director, following the retirement of Peter Voulgaris from the board. Mr Connelly has over 30 years of mining industry experience and held the roles of chief executive and chief operating officer.
