Board Moves December 22, 2022

Sameer Oundhakar has resigned as non-executive director of Kore Potash. He was appointed to the board in April 2021 as a nominee of the Oman Investment Authority. Mr Oundhakar has since resigned from OIA.

M8 Sustainable has appointed current non-executive director Saithsiri Saksitthisereekul as non-executive chair, and Damien Flugge as executive director. Mr Saksitthisereekul has been a director of the company since October 2018 and will take over the role from Mark Puzey who has stepped down after 4 years on the board. Mr Flugge was a foundation director of the company, having been appointed to the board in August 2017. He resigned as a director when the company listed in December 2019.
