Jack Sedgwick has transitioned from interim executive director to non-executive director of Castillo Copper. Mr Sedgwick joined the board as a non-executive director in January 2023 before taking on an executive role in October following the resignation of its managing director.
Robert Krachler has replaced Miles Guy as company secretary of Energy Transition Minerals. Mr Krachler has been the company’s accountant since July 2023.
Minbos Resources has restructured its board as it moves into the production and distribution phase for the Cabinda Project, and progresses to become the first primary fertilizer producer in Angola and in the Economic Community of Central African States. Current non-executive director Paul McKenzie will take over from Peter Wall as non-executive chair, Frank Si replaces Dganit Baldar as non-executive director, and current chief executive Lindsay Reed has joined the board as managing director. Mr Si’s diverse range of experience includes lithium-ion battery manufacturing, chemistry and agriculture processing with senior operational and management roles in China, Australia, USA, Singapore and the Philippines. His experience covers every part of the manufacturing process, including plant design and project management.
Uvre has appointed Kate Sainty as company secretary, following the resignation of Sujana Karthik. Ms Sainty is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in financial management and company secretarial services for ASX-listed and unlisted companies across a variety of industry sectors.
