Sam Diep has resigned as chief executive of VDM Group.
Tim Clark, non-executive director and company secretary of Cervantes Corporation and JV Global, has been granted a temporary leave of absence. He will remain as non-executive director in both companies, and Patrick O'Neill has been appointed to take over the duties of company secretary.
