Board Moves, April 19 2024

Ausgold has appointed Mark Turner as a non-executive director. Mr Turner is currently chief operating officer at RTG Mining.

Fong Hoon has joined the board of Grange Resources as a non-executive director. Mr Hoon will also chair the audit and risk committee.

Iceni Gold has appointed Wade Johnson as managing director. Mr Johnson was formerly managing director at Lefroy Exploration for seven years. Executive chair Brian Rodan has stepped back to non-executive chair.

Khomotso Mosehla has resigned as non-executive director of MC Mining. He had served on the board since 2010.

Neurotech International has appointed Robert Johnston as a non-executive director. Winton Willesee has resigned as non-executive director.

Seven West Media chief financial officer Jeff Howard has been promoted to managing director and chief executive, replacing James Warburton. Craig Haskins has been appointed interim chief financial officer.

Sean Taylor has resigned as executive chair of Yowie Group, a role he has held since December 2021.

Zuleika Gold has added Alan Willis to its board as a non-executive director. Mr Willis replaces outgoing director Michael Higginson.
