Malcolm Randall, current non-executive director of Argosy Minerals, will succeed Alexander Molyneux as non-executive chair at the upcoming AGM on 31 May. Mr Molyneux has been chair since August 2016, while Mr Randall joined the board in March 2017. The company has also appointed Bruce McFadzean and Peter De Leo as independent non-executive directors. Mr McFadzean is a qualified mining engineer with more than 40 years of experience in the global resources industry. Mr De Leo is a civil engineer with over 30 years of experience in engineering and construction within the resources and infrastructure sectors.
Aspermont has appointed Dean Felton as non-executive director. Mr Felton has over 25 years of mining industry experience, and in senior management and consulting roles.
Decmil Group has appointed current non-executive director Vin Vassallo as interim chief executive, following the decision by Dickie Dique to step down as chief executive and managing director but remains a director of the company. Based in Melbourne, Mr Vassallo joined the board in June 2021 and has more than 30 years of experience in the Australian infrastructure sector.
Greenland Minerals has appointed Ed Mason as non-executive chair, taking over from Tony Ho who will remain a non-executive director until the end of August. Mr Mason has significant experience in developing and financing large mining and energy projects. The company has also advised that Simon Cato has resigned as non-executive director but will continue as an advisor for a 6-month period.
Resolute Mining has appointed current chief operating officer Terry Holohan as chief executive, following the resignation of Stuart Gale who is pursuing an opportunity in the Australia-focused resources sector. Mr Holohan is an experienced mining sector executive with more than 40 years in the industry, including seven years as chief executive of two mining companies and 30 years spent working in Africa with a range of precious and base metals mining projects.
Roto-Gro International has appointed Peter Hatfull as non-executive director. Mr Hatfull has over 40 years of experience in a range of board and senior executive positions within Australian and international companies. He has an extensive skillset in the areas of business optimisation, capital raising and group restructuring.
