Binning to chair CILT

Dr Neville Binning has been appointed as chairman of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport WA chapter. As a long standing CILT member, Dr Binning intends to maintain the reputation of the institute and develop stakeholder relationships with all sectors of the transport industry.
