Bayley moves up

West Leederville engineering consultancy firm Pritchard Francis has appointed former associate director Andrew Bayley as a director of the business. Mr Bayley has been with Pritchard Francis for 10 years and has more than 15 years of experience within the civil and structural engineering industry.
