Balcatta warehouse sold for $2.67m

A LOCAL investor bought the Carpet Call warehouse in Balcatta for $2.67 million last week on a yield of 7.4 per cent. The property, at 1/40 Bryan Place, is leased to Carpet Call and comprises a 2,627 square metre office warehouse visible from the Mitchell Freeway.
