BP opens $60m Kwinana upgrade

BP has officially completed a $60 million upgrade of its Kwinana oil refinery (pictured) that is designed to deliver cleaner diesel fuel. The project involved construction of a ‘hydrotreater’, in which naturally occurring sulphur is separated from the diesel.
