Aspen to acquire industrial property

ASPEN Group has announced that the Aspen Diversified Property Fund has agreed to purchase an industrial property at Henderson in WA for $8.4 million. According to Aspen, the Henderson property will be purchased on a 9 per cent yield with fixed 4 per cent annual increases.
