Aspen, BHP in joint venture

ASPEN Parks Property Fund has signed a joint venture with BHP Billiton to provide cabin accommodation in its Cooke Point Holiday Park in Port Hedland.Commencing immediately, the contract is expected to generate $600,000 over 18 months.
