Japanese brewer Asahi Group Holdings has taken control of the company behind Vodka Cruiser and Woodstock Bourbon.Asahi on Friday completed its $NZ1.5 billion ($A1.2 billion) acquisition of the Independent Liquor Group, which operates in Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
